Ok, well.. almost complete. Our last and final week of the Summertime Slim-down Boot Camp started yesterday! Can you believe it? Summer is here!
All of you who stuck with this (or even just did a few of the workouts) worked so hard and I’m really proud of you. I’m proud of you for completing a ton of kick-butt workouts, for keeping yourselves accountable by sharing your healthy meals on Twitter and Instagram, and most of all, for believing in yourselves and sticking to a big commitment.
Alright, Hungry Readers! It’s time to start week 11 of our Summertime Slim-down Boot Camp!
As I mentioned last week, there are no new workouts from this point forward. For the next four weeks we’re going to be switching it up and adding some pzazz by picking from any of the previous week’s workouts anytime a Hungry Runner Workout is scheduled on the calendar.
