It’s Wednesday and it’s time to workout, Hungry Readers!

OK, well actually, this week we’re taking it easy and keeping it low key with a yoga-based stretching routine. These are the series of stretches that I like to do after I finish running. And even if you’re not a runner, this is a great routine to incorporate into your fitness regimen for improving and maintain flexibility, which is equally as important as strength and endurance.
