Running is such a simple sport, but if you’ve never tried it before, it can be confusing to try and figure out where to start.
A handful of you Hungry Readers have been writing to say that you’ve recently taken up running (way to go!), but that you aren’t sure where to start, how far to go, or how fast to run.
I’ve previously written several blog posts with some of my best advice for beginner runners and wanted to share them again now for anyone else who might be in the same boat!
