On Thursday I climbed 6,700 ft to the top of Chautauqua Park’s Royal Arch!

After our hike we got our yoga on. Yoga in the mountains = BEST. YOGA. EVER.

On Friday, lots of awesome health-minded brands came out to share tons of yummy goodies with us! I can’t wait to share all of the organic, vegan, gluten-free, and just generally healthy new foods I was introduced to with you all!

During the conference, we have access to The University of Colorado’s Anschutz Wellness Center. Check out this gym! Um, can I just live here, please?

On Friday night, I sweat it up Tabata style. What a kick-butt workout! I promise to write up the routine we did and post it up soon so that you guys can try it too!

FLEX IT! Confession: It’s a lot easier to keep up a fit & healthy routine on vacation when you’re surrounded by fitness and healthy food :p

I woke up bright and early this morning to get in on an epic Kinesis workout. This machine can train every muscle in every way and I need it in my life now. The coolest part? The farther you move away from it, the heavier the resistance becomes. CRAZY!

Breakfast this morning was served by Choose Cherries. All I can say is, where have dried cherries been all my life? Can you say, “New Favorite Oatmeal Topping”?

Can you tell I’m having a good time? I’m not sure if that’s clear :P
