Greek Yogurt Blueberry Banana Bread by No Sugar Sweet Life
Honestly, is there no recipe that can’t be made better by Greek yogurt?! If you don’t have a large tub of it (particularly, Chobani) in your fridge, but you like to cook, then you’re doing it wrong. It’s the end-all, be-all for creating healthy meals in the kitchen as far as I’m concerned. And when it comes to this blueberry banana bread recipe, well it just wouldn’t be the same without it.
I made this bread for my Mama on Mother’s day. She loved it. But I mean, if it were a competition, I definitely loved it a little bit more. I also made it for an open house event at the gym a few days ago and members refused to believe that it it only has about 80 calories per small, square slice. It’s so good that I’m going to start baking this on a regular basis, that way it’s always around. Waking up to a piece of this with coffee in the morning…perfection.
