Oh baby! Next time you make oatmeal for breakfast, make it this way! Bake it and pretend it’s a cinnamon bun. Actually, you don’t even really have to pretend because this is almost just as good as the real thing. Really! I wouldn’t lie to you, I swear. (P.S. I sadly didn’t have cinnamon bun frosting, so I topped it with some whipped cream instead. And I forgot to grease the dish before I baked it so yeah, the only way that sucker was coming out of there was by way of a fork that would deliver each bite to my mouth. No biggie, but just sayin’… Reduce your clean up time by being a better chef than me!)
