4 Reasons This Run Was SICK!
1.) I ran without any music so I could concentrate on my gait.
2.) I ran backwards for some it. (Uphill once, downhill once, and on flat ground twice!)
3.) My neighbors yelled at me for running backwards because they said I was making them look bad since they were only walking. (Sorry!)
4.) I’ve never held under a 9-minute-mile pace before. Let alone for 4 miles! OH YEAH!
The LI Half Marathon is in 8 days. I AM PUMPED!
(P.S. More to come on why running without music and running backwards can both be very beneficial ways to train!)
