Various “eating groups” claim that their diet is drastically different and drastically better than others. However, healthy eating styles have more similarities than differences. The healthiest eaters, no matter paleo or vegan, build a diet around whole plant foods. The unhealthiest eaters, no matter paleo or vegan, build a diet around processed foods.
