OK, here we go! Today kicks off the official start of my 11-Week Bikini Boot Camp Challenge! The first workout on our schedule is this butt-kicking, 10 minute Boot Camp video by Hollywood Trainer Jeanette Jenkins for Fit Sugar.
I just finished up with this workout and oh, baby… it was a good one! Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s only 10 minutes because trust me, you’re heart rate is going to shoot up within the first minute or so and your muscles will be burning all the way through!
My favorite move from this workout was the “Back Row Fly with a Booty Tap.” I mean, aside from the fact that it just sounds super awesome, it’s pretty fun to do and you can feel every muscle you’re working while you’re at it. (Upper back, legs, and butt!)
I have to be honest with you guys though, 10 minutes a day isn’t likely going to be enough if you want to look really bangin’ in your bikini, which is why I would recommend either of the following:
- Repeat the workout in this video 3 times for a killer 30 minute plyometric, total-body strength workout!
- Complete the workout in this video before or after a light 30 to 45 minute cardio session. (Ex: I did a 1-hour yoga class this morning. However, a walk outside with your dog or a light jog on the treadmill would be great too!)
