Full-Belly Breakfast: Cranberry-Banana Oatmeal with Cinnamon

Just like I have requirements for what a good and real lunch must consist of, I have a strict set of conditions that must be met for breakfast. All breakfast meals must taste amazingly delicious (As should all meals. Duh!) and they must make my tummy feel full and satisfied for a long enough time so that a second breakfast is not required.

If you agree with my breakfast standards and enjoy a good tasting morning meal that won’t leave your stomach grumbling after only one or two hours, try making some Cranberry-Banana Oatmeal with Cinnamon!

What you need:

1/2 cup quick oats oatmeal

1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 of a large ripe banana, cut into small slices

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

What to do:

1.) In a cereal bowl, mix quick oats, almond milk, half of the cranberries, and half of the sliced banana (best if slices are mashed up into smaller pieces). Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

2. Stir hot mixture. Place remaining banana and cranberries on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. EAT!
