Upper Body Strength Workout

Yesterdays workout was all about arms and upper body, with a little bit of core and some light cardio. Me and Tara did it together and when I texted her earlier today to say I wasn’t planning on going to the gym today, she said she was glad because her arms were S-O-R-E, Sore with a capital S!

-Upper Body Strength Workout-

Part 1 (repeat twice/ 30 seconds rest between sets):

3 x 20 biceps curls

3 x 15 overhead triceps extensions

1 minute jump rope

1 minute plank

1 minute Russian twist with stack steps

1 minute plank

1 minute kettle bell swing

Part 2 (30 seconds rest between each set)

Bear crawls (go across room and back twice)

3 x 15 Squats with barbell over shoulders

Lunges (go across room and back twice)

Bear crawls (go across room and back twice)

Part 3 (Repeat twice/ 30 seconds rest between each set)

15 assisted lateral pulldowns

15 assisted dips

Oh! And after, we went home and did Wii Zumba for about 30 minutes. So fun!
